How these companies got through their audit
Each story below is a plant or supplier that had a certificate demanded of it. The situation they were in, what we actually did on site, and what happened on audit day.
Mahesh Edible Oil Group — Kota plant
The group's mother plant needed GMP+ certification for its feed material customers, with an audit date already in sight and a plant running at full production.
- Full gap assessment of the plant against GMP+ feed safety requirements
- Hazard analysis, prerequisite programmes and traceability rebuilt around how the plant actually runs
- Documents, records and shop-floor training completed in roughly one month
- Internal audit and management review run before the certification body arrived
The plant achieved GMP+ certification and sustained it through the surveillance audit — the only plant in the group's peer set to hold it without slipping.
“In just one month's time the plant was given a makeover by Sai Sir and his team. We got GMP+ certified and yes, we are the only one that sustained the audit.”
Glowchem Pharma
The site wanted one integrated management system covering six standards instead of six separate document sets, without pulling the plant team off production for weeks.
- One common manual, risk register and audit programme mapped across all six standards
- On-site hand-holding with the plant team rather than documents handed over from outside
- Shared records so a single internal audit produces evidence for every standard
The full six-standard system was built and handed over in five days, with the site team able to run it themselves.
“IMS 6 standard hand-holding project by Padmavati Associates was just finished in 5 days and our plant and its members were amazed by the team.”
Somik Enterprises
An automotive customer demanded TISAX information-security assessment — a scheme the team had never worked with and found impenetrable on paper.
- TISAX assessment objectives and maturity levels translated into plain requirements for the team
- Information-security controls, asset register and access rules implemented on site
- Evidence prepared in the format the assessment expects, and staff walked through the questions
The scheme became an in-house routine the team runs itself, instead of an unfamiliar customer demand.
“TISAX would be so much easy to learn — we never knew.”
Faze 3 Autofab
The company wanted to supply global vehicle makers, which meant meeting customer-specific quality requirements and audits before any order could be placed.
- Quality system built to automotive customer expectations, including process controls and part documentation
- Audit preparation and corrective action discipline embedded with the production team
- Export documentation aligned with the quality evidence buyers ask for
Parts are now made for Volkswagen, Citroën, Isuzu and Hyundai, including for export.
“Our parts are now being made for Volkswagen, Citroën, Isuzu and Hyundai and exported too. Thank you Sai!”
